Story

Praisidio was looking for a HubSpot specialist to establish their software setup almost from the ground up. While they also wanted to integrate with Salesforce, the primary focus was on marketing automation. They had designers ready to assist with email templates and landing pages, but required a HubSpot expert to initiate their operations. Praisidio was actively running event promotion, webinar follow-up, nurture campaigns, and outbound email programs, but they needed help with segmentation, campaign execution, list hygiene, marketing contact management, and the cleanup of duplicate or incomplete records.  They also needed practical support quickly, including quick fixes and live working sessions when issues arose.

4. Marketing contact and list strategy

Velainn helped Praisidio differentiate between marketing and non-marketing contacts and decide which contacts should be included in specific sends.That matters in HubSpot because it affects both deliverability and cost control.

5. Ongoing advisory and live HubSpot support

Velainn continued providing ongoing HubSpot support and consultation for Praisdio to get more from HubSpot, created monthly audits to identify gaps in using various HubSpot features, and configured them in line with best practices.
