While they also wanted to integrate with Salesforce, the primary focus was on marketing automation. They had designers ready to assist with email templates and landing pages, but required a HubSpot expert to initiate their operations. Praisidio was actively running event promotion, webinar follow-up, nurture campaigns, and outbound email programs, but they needed help with segmentation, campaign execution, list hygiene, marketing contact management, and the cleanup of duplicate or incomplete records.  They also needed practical support quickly, including quick fixes and live working sessions when issues arose.  ## What Velainn delivered ### 1. Campaign implementation and launch support Velainn helped Praisidio build and execute HubSpot campaigns tied to live business initiatives, including event promotion and follow-up sequences. - creating campaign lists, - creating highly segmented lists for marketing campaigns, - creating email templates and consulting on the best practices to send automatic emails, including A/B tests - created nurturing workflows, - Lifecycle Stage alignment and hand-off process - refining subject lines, preview text, and campaign copy before deployment. ### 2. Contact import, segmentation, and audience management Velainn also handled the operational side of implementation, including importing contacts, updating existing records, and organizing campaign audiences in HubSpot. In one campaign. ### 3. Data cleanup and CRM hygiene A major part of the work was improving CRM quality to ensure campaigns ran cleanly. Velainn scrubbed lists, removed unengaged companies that pull the email responsiveness down, configured bounced and unsubscribed contact segments, corrected missing or malformed first names with the help of Data Quality features and automations, and enriched records for better segmentation and email deliverability. ### 4. Marketing contact and list strategy Velainn helped Praisidio differentiate between marketing and non-marketing contacts and decide which contacts should be included in specific sends.That matters in HubSpot because it affects both deliverability and cost control. ### 5. Ongoing advisory and live HubSpot support Velainn continued providing ongoing HubSpot support and consultation for Praisdio to get more from HubSpot, created monthly audits to identify gaps in using various HubSpot features, and configured them in line with best practices. ## Results - campaigns were built and launched on schedule, with a focus on clean data and deliverability - Campaign audiences were segmented more precisely, +37% in open rates and +21% in conversion rates - Praisidio saved costs on using the right Marketing contacts, data quality increased (duplicates merging, data enrichment, lifecycle stage automations) - Praisidio got more from HubSpot Marketing Hub and higher ROI from HubSpot investment - Praisidio had a hands-on HubSpot partner available for implementation, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization.
