Butterdocs was looking for a reliable partner to help them onboard and implement Sales Hub in line with HubSpot's best practices.

Solution

Velainn set up all the configurations, onboarded the users, and established a Sales Workspace, a centralized hub for overseeing daily sales activities, including goal assessments, task execution, deal management, and schedule and sales feed reviews. We subsequently introduced Deal Pipeline Automation, tailoring automation settings such as close date configurations and triggers for actions when a deal advances to a particular stage. Velainn streamlined the creation and management of tasks, including follow-up tasks triggered by task specifications or when a deal reaches a new phase. We developed templates, snippets, and sequences to generate qualified sales leads and trained the client in sequence creation and use. Additionally, we integrated various CRM functions, such as emails, calls, and meetings, into the sales automation processes.
