Story

Butterdocs sought help in Sales Automation. They already had a Sales Hub Subscription and aimed to find a HubSpot expert who could handle the implementation, incorporate their process, and ensure a smooth sales process according to HubSpot's best practices.

Solution

Velainn established a Sales Workspace, a centralized hub for overseeing daily sales activities, including goal assessments, task execution, deal management, and schedule and sales feed reviews. We subsequently introduced Deal Pipeline Automation, tailoring automation settings like close date configurations or triggers for actions when a deal advances to a particular stage. Velainn streamlined the creation and management of tasks, such as follow-up tasks based on task specifications or when a deal reaches a new phase. We developed templates, snippets, and sequences to cultivate qualified sales leads and trained the client on sequence creation and utilization. Additionally, we integrated various CRM functions, such as emails, calls, and meetings, into the sales automation processes.
