Dennis, CEO at NTIS, contacted Velainn to help him incorporate Sales processes in HubSpot. The requirement was to connect various Insurance software, including calling software and databases, to HubSpot. They asked for help in HubSpot training and understanding how to get more from HubSpot.
Solution
Velainn conducted a series of calls to understand the requirements and goals. We created a plan for Sales Hub onboarding with the client and started working on incorporating the company's processes. We did the necessary integrations to have a coherent CRM system aligned with the other software used for insurance activities. We ensured HubSpot was equipped with workflows that saved time for sales reps doing manual tasks. The Sales team was trained on using HubSpot CRM - mainly Deals, Contacts, Companies, and a Custom Objecgt we created to use the data correctly, using advanced filtering for records, Sequences, and Calls within HubSpot. The Buyer Journey process was reflected in HubSpot Deals. We created Deal stages, automated the journey process, and created workflows with notifications and automatic assignments. This lead routing strategy saves time for the entire management team and sales reps.
Results
NTIS got an established HubSpot CRM portal with the necessary integrations and syncs to reflect company processes in a single system. The Sales reps adapted to HubSpot and thought about how to use it effectively.
