Story

Ronald needed help maintaining his Ruby on Rails system, which required a HubSpot CRM to analyze visitors' and leads' behavior, segment leads,  nurture them, and automate marketing. Analist.nl was looking for an IT partner to create a clean, reliable, and scalable CRM foundation that supports a financial information business with clear processes, accurate data, and better day-to-day organization. 

Solution

Velainn's HubSpot CRM Implementation services included structuring lifecycle stages, refining pipelines, organizing contact and company data, improving internal administration, identifying automation opportunities, and setting up practical reporting to enable the team to work with more confidence and less manual effort. We connected HubSpot to the investment websites to provide proper analytics and data integrity.  We have integrated the websites and forms, imported contacts into HubSpot, and created custom properties, including powerful smart properties. The project required multiple integrations and automations through workflows. We've automated processes using HubSpot Smart CRM features and workflows. Velainn keeps on supporting analist.nl HubSpot account and helping Ronald with various HubSpot tasks.
