Story

I met Ronald, CEO of the Analist Platform, in 2020. Ronald required help developing some websites in Ruby on Rails to connect them to the entire system, maintaining the back-end of his Investment platform built in RoR, and working on various database configurations. The platform also required a CRM to analyze visitors' and leads' behavior, segment leads, and nurture them by sending multiple marketing materials, mainly through email. 

Solution

Ronald came to our office in Zaporizhia, Ukraine, to discuss the relationship and work together on important project tasks. Later, we had a series of meetings, including Ronald, Anton, Olena, and Eugene, to align on what needed to be built into the platform, and we started working on implementing and maintaining the database and Analist system. The system is quite large, so it needs ongoing support. We built different websites on Ruby on Rails; all the websites are a part of the Investment platform run by Ronald.  Later, we decided to connect the system with HubSpot to boost marketing, connect all the software into HubSpot, and start receiving powerful analytics. Olena has been helping Ronald with various marketing activities during the cooperation. We have integrated the websites and forms, imported contacts to HubSpot, and created custom properties. HubSpot Onboarding was also included, connecting another email marketing software - SendPulse.

Results

Ronald got IT Support and a HubSpot Partner who could handle various tasks, which allowed him to focus on the core business tasks. Accurate lead segmentation with marketing automation led to better conversion rates.
