NFG required a new Smart CRM to replace their outdated CRM. They chose a HubSpot CRM that could help NFG teams with various operations and automations, and Velainn as their implementation partner.

1. Migrated the data to HubSpot

Velainn helped Nordic Family Group identify and implement the right HubSpot automations by first planning the rollout in detail, mapping the data model, and defining the requirements before building anything in the portal.  We have migrated all the data, including Contacts, Companies, Deals, Calls, Tasks, and Emails, to HubSpot. Velainn supported NFG’s move from its legacy CRM to HubSpot CRM, helping establish the data and operations around a powerful smart CRM with AI and automations. This gave the business a stronger base for managing sales activity and organizing customer-facing work inside HubSpot.

2. Found possibilities for automations

 After the migration was completed,  Velainn worked hands-on with the team to configure practical workflow logic and a CRM structure that matched how the business actually operated.  We created a more organized system with automated workflows designed around NFG’s real priorities, rollout plan, and ongoing platform use.

3. Adopted HubSpot for the team's daily operations
