The Challenge

Network Truck Insurance Services needed help getting more value from HubSpot and making the platform more usable for the team. Dennis, CEO at NTIS, contacted Velainn to help him incorporate Sales processes in HubSpot. The requirement was to connect various Insurance software, including calling software and databases, to HubSpot. They asked for help in HubSpot training and understanding how to get more from HubSpot.

What was delivered

Velainn supported Dennis (CEO) and the team with a hands-on HubSpot implementation and optimization process that included:

1. Custom HubSpot CRM setup

Velainn set up and configured a custom object called Carriers, helping tailor HubSpot to the client’s operational model.

2. Data migration and deal import support

The engagement included test imports, preparation for larger data imports, and ongoing work to ensure data was structured correctly in HubSpot.

3. Reporting and visibility

Velainn created reports to help the client analyze data and provide producers with the visibility they need, based on their access needs.

Solution

Velainn conducted a series of calls to understand the requirements and goals. We created a Sales Hub onboarding plan with the client and began implementing the company's processes. We completed the necessary integrations to create a cohesive CRM system aligned with the other software used for insurance activities. We ensured HubSpot was equipped with workflows that saved sales reps time on manual tasks. The Sales team was trained on using HubSpot CRM - mainly Deals, Contacts, Companies, and a Custom Object we created to use the data correctly, using advanced filtering for records, Sequences, and Calls within HubSpot.  The Buyer Journey process was reflected in HubSpot Deals. We created Deal stages, automated the journey, and built workflows with notifications and automatic assignments. This lead routing strategy saves time for the entire management team and sales reps.
