Chris sought HubSpot expert assistance to set up HubSpot and ensure a seamless, efficient installation of his Sales process, enabling future growth. Chris needed HubSpot to support a highly customized, one-to-one outreach model, not a standard bulk-marketing setup.

1. Custom lead scoring

One of the strongest themes in the account is custom scoring. When Chris learned that HubSpot’s legacy lead scoring would stop updating in Sales Hub, Velainn proposed and built a workaround using workflows and a custom scoring property rather than pushing a Marketing Hub upgrade. Anton explicitly told Chris he could recreate similar scoring logic, preserve historical scores, and avoid unnecessary platform cost.

2. Improving engagement visibility for one-to-one outreach
