Story

Deazy was looking for Hubspot Experts with experience with Standard and Custom Objects and automated workflows for syncing information across Deals, Contacts, and Companies.  They expected the HubSpot team to listen to their requirement, have a quick audit of their Portal instance, and then advise on the best ways to proceed with Sales Automation.

Solution

Velainn audited the Deazy HubSpot Portal and Sales Processes. We then provided an audit file with the recommendations.  Then, we commenced working on Sales Automation - creating workflows to sync custom properties between different objects, strategic lead routing, and segmenting clients for down-sell and upsell flows. We used best practices to enable Sales processes in HubSpot, align them with marketing,, and create custom Sales reports showing how each Sales rep performs, deals velocity, and sequences for various cases consisting of emails, tasks, and LinkedIn InMails. When the processes were implemented, we trained sales reps and provided video tutorials on using their HubSpot portal effectively.
